The Creme of Nature Web Site (“Web Site”) is made available to you to provide additional information on these products and services. Colomer maintains this Site for your personal, educational, and other noncommercial use.

We have created this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to give you a clear understanding of how our Web Site operates, and how personal and other information you may provide to us on the Web Site is treated.

Colomer may provide links or advertisements to third party web sites for informational purposes.  If you follow an advertising or other link to a web site unaffiliated with Colomer, please understand that the information practices of those web sites linked to us either through advertisements or other hyperlinks are not covered by this Privacy Policy.  We do not endorse or guarantee the content, products or services offered by, or the privacy policies in place at, these other sites.  We are not responsible for the conduct or policies of any of these third parties.

IP Addresses

An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for whenever you log onto the Internet.  Colomer may use IP addresses to collect aggregate and anonymous information about the number of visitors to its Web Site and overall site usage.  Your IP address is not linked with personally identifiable information about you.  Colomer does reserve the right, however, to use IP addresses to identify individuals who threaten our Web Site, service or customers.

Coupons and Free Samples

Our Web Site may provide you with an opportunity to request free samples or download coupons.  In order to process your requests, Colomer may ask for personally identifiable information.  In these instances, we will clearly describe the purpose for collecting such information, as well as its intended uses.

Surveys and Contests

From time to time, we may ask for personally identifiable information when you complete a survey or enter a contest.  In these instances, we will clearly describe the purpose for collecting such information, as well as its intended uses.


Our Web Site is not directed at children and we will not accept or request personal information from individuals we know to be under the age of 13.

Accessing, Updating and Removing Your Personally Identifiable Information

You may update, correct, or delete personally identifiable information you have provided us at any time.  Accordingly, upon your request, and to the extent your request does not compromise our privacy policies, we will provide you with access to personally identifiable information you have previously provided to us, and allow you to update and correct this information.  If you wish to update or revise this Information, please contact and we will update or revise your personally identifiable information in the manner you request.

Finally, if you request, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our databases. Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to remove this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. You will be removed our databases generally within three business days of our receipt of your request.

Because aggregate information does not personally identify our users, we do not provide our users with access to aggregate information, and users may not update, revise, or delete any aggregate information.

Exceptions to Our Privacy Policy

There are two exceptions to our Privacy Policy.  First, we may disclose personally identifiable information as may be required in legal proceedings, or in response to a subpoena, court order, or administrative order compelling disclosure.  Second, in cases involving a threat of imminent harm to you or others, we may release such information to prevent or mitigate the threat.  In any such case, we will seek to limit the scope of disclosure, and will disclose only such information as is reasonably required to fulfill the purpose of the disclosure.
